摘要 对比了MIG焊和搅拌摩擦焊两种工艺所焊接的轨道车辆用6082铝合金牵引梁接头,并对其力学性能作了对比研究,指出了搅拌摩擦焊在厚板焊接中的优势,为将搅拌摩擦焊工艺推广至轨道交通车辆关键承力部件提供了数据支撑。 This article coinpared two kinds of 6082 aluminum alloy joints on tile transit vehMe draft sill using M1G welding and ti'iction stir welding. Their mechanical properties were compared and studied. Point out tile advanlages of friction stir welding in thick plate welding. The research results provide date support of extended the FSW process to the key bearing strengttl part of the rail transit vehMe
