摘要
在PDC钻头的设计过程中,齿之间的间距是布齿设计的一个重要控制参数,直接影响钻头的设计质量。文章对同刀翼相邻切削齿的相对位置情况进行了分类,同时利用空间解析几何方法建立了不同位置情况下的PDC钻头三维齿间距的垂足法。根据该方法编制的计算机程序能可靠、快速地算出PDC钻头三维齿间距。该方法可在钻头布齿设计时准确、高效地分析和控制切削齿之间的位置关系,既适用于常规的圆柱形复合片钻头,也可用于椭圆齿钻头的分析计算,对提高钻头的设计质量和设计效率具有重要意义。
During the PDC bit design, the teeth gap,which affects the design quality of bit,is an important control parameter in the teeth arrangement design. The relative positions of cutting teeth were been classified and a mathematical modeling of 3D teeth gap named pedal method was been built by using space analytic geometry. The computer programme based on this method could compute the 3D teeth gap of PDC bit accurately and fleetly. The method could analyze and control the relative positions of cutting teeth in the bit design. It was not only applied to the analyzing of cylindrical PDC bit,but also suited for the oval PDC bit. The calculating method has important significance for improving the design quality and efficiency of bit.
