摘要
随着塔里木油田勘探开发不断深入,难题不断涌现,对钻井工程技术的需求促使了技术本身的进步与革命。作为钻井领域高新科技之一的井下随钻测量与控制技术,其作用在塔里木油田已得到一定体现,在复杂条件下测井资料获取、薄油层钻进、井眼轨迹监测与控制等方面得到应用,为油田的储量发现与上产任务做出了贡献。文章详细调研了以旋转地质导向、垂直钻井为代表的随钻测控技术及工具近年来在塔里木油田的推广应用情况,介绍了相关技术在油田的应用发展历程,统计了应用规模,对各项技术的使用特点、效果和现状进行了客观分析。在此基础上,结合目前油田钻井存在问题和未来需求,给出了工具应用的趋势判断和工具国产化研究方面的一些建议。
Difficulties occur with the exploration and development of Tarim oilfield,which promote progress and revolution of drilling engineering. Measurement and control technology while drilling,as one of the high technology in drilling area,play a certain role in Tarim oilfield,and are applied in many aspects such as obtaining logging data under complicated conditions,thin reservoirs drilling, well trajectory monitoring and control,which makes contribution to the new reserves discovering and production increasing. According to the detailed investigation on the application of rotary geosteering,vertical drilling and other measurement and control technology and tools while drilling,their development process and application scale were introduced,their features,using effects and application status were analyzed respectively in Tarim oilfield. Then combineing with the drilling problems and requirements at present,some suggestions on development trend and nationalization study of measurement and control tools while drilling were put forward.
