摘要
双探1井位于四川盆地双鱼石潜伏构造上,是一口风险探井。针对双探1井高温、高压、高产特征及相关技术难点的实际情况出发,在优选测试管柱组合的同时,还做了管柱受力的分析计算、环空操作压力精确控制分析,结合现场实践形成了适合于本井的一套测试工艺技术,实现了射孔、酸化、测试一体化的作业目标,也为此构造上高温高压气井探索出了一套成熟、可靠、适用的试油工艺技术,同时该工艺对于类似高温高压气井的测试具有一定的指导意义。
Shuangtan 1 well is located in the buried structure of Sichuan Basin,is a risk exploration well. According to the features of HTHP,high production and the technical difficulties in Shuangtan 1 well,the testing string assembly was optimized and selected,the string force was analyzed and calculated,and the accuracy control of string annulus pressure was analyzed,at last,a set of test technology suited for Shuangtan 1well was formed,which could realize integrative operation of perforation,acidizing and well test,and has been applied successfully in open hole test and production test. The technology has a guiding significance for similar HTHP gas well test.
