摘要
为解决现场生产作业投球式封隔器坐封投球到座的时间计算问题和球不能顺利进入座芯的问题,分别对处于直井段和斜井段自由沉降的钢球进行了受力分析,建立了速度计算模型,从而得出投球式封隔器实践应用中候球时间的量化计算方法;分析了坐封时球未能进入座芯的原因,提出了解决球不能入座的工艺方案,并优化设计了球座内部结构,为现场生产作业顺利进行提供了理论指导。
To solve calculation problem of ball waiting time of the ball-throwed packer setting in practice application and the problem that the ball can't be entered the core seat successfully,the stress of the ball was analyzed respectively when it freely fell in straight well section and inclined well section,and the speed calculation model was also established,and then the calculation method of ball waiting time was derived. The reason of the ball failed to enter the core seat was analyzed,the solution was proposed,and the internal structure of the ball seat was optimized. It provided theoretical guidance for field production.
