兴Ⅰ组蒸汽辅助重力泄油双水平井蒸汽腔非均匀发育调控技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对辽河油田杜84块兴Ⅰ组蒸汽辅助重力泄油双水平井蒸汽腔沿水平井长方向上欠均匀发育的问题,应用蒸汽腔发育监测资料及生产数据分析该试验区双水平井蒸汽腔发育状态,观察得出,该井区蒸汽辅助重力泄油试验井汽腔沿水平段发育均衡程度低,主要表现为水平段中前段汽腔发育较好,水平段后端未有效发育。为了改善兴Ⅰ组蒸汽辅助重力泄油试验井组汽腔非均匀发育状况以提高生产效果,分别对蒸汽辅助重力泄油双水平井注采管柱工艺、控液工艺、操作压力以及气液界面控制进行了研究。结果表明,通过改变注采点位置,在生产水平井泵下接尾管和水平段下入衬管,将操作压力控制在3.0~3.5 MPa,以及将蒸汽辅助重力泄油生产阶段的SubCool值控制范围设定为5℃~15℃可以有效地提高杜84块兴Ⅰ组蒸汽辅助重力泄油双水平井组蒸汽腔扩展的均衡性及生产效果。 In order to solve the problem of steam chamber non-uniform development along the horizontal direction of SAGD dual horizontal wells in Xing GroupⅠDu 84 block of Liaohe Oilfield,applying the monitoring data of SAGD steam cavity development and the production data analyzed the steam chamber's development status of dual horizontal wells in this pilot site.Through the observation,the degree of steam chamber balanced development along the horizontal section in this SAGD pilot wells was low,it mainly showed that the steam chamber developed better in the front and middle part of horizontal section,the end of the horizontal section had not yet developed effectively. In order to improve the steam chamber non-uniform development condition of SGAD pilot wells in Xing group I and increase the production effect,the technology of the injection-production string of SAGD dual horizontal wells,the process of fluid control,the operation pressure and gas-liquid interface control were studied respectively. The research results showed that it could improve the steam chamber development balance of dual horizontal wells in Du 84 block and the production effect by changing the position of injection-production point,connecting the tail pipe under the horizontal wells' pump and putting down the screened pipe at the horizontal section,controlling the operation pressure at between 3.0 MPa and 3.5 MPa,and seting the Sub-Cool value form 5 ℃ to 15 ℃.
