基于应力监测试验的钻机整体平移风载荷影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 钻机整体步进式平移,因其具有移动快速、操作便捷的特点,在我国页岩气开发中广泛应用。文章以川庆钻探公司一台ZJ50DBS钻机为研究对象,通过在试验数据分析结果基础上,以强度校核结果为目标值,对钻机结构有限元模型进行修正,然后在修正模型上施加立根载荷和风载荷进行钻机整体平移受力分析。分析结果表明,风载荷对钻机整体平移时的结构受力影响比较明显,现场进行钻机整体平移时,应在安全的风向风速条件下进行作业。 Rig step-moving was widely used in shale gas development because it has the characteristics of fast movement and easy operation. Taking CCDC ZJ50DBS rig as research object,based on the data analysis of the test results,in order to check the rig structure strength,the rig structural finite element model was corrected,and then the force of rig integral translation was analyzed by adding wind load and pipe setback load in the modified model. The analysis results showed that the effect of wind loads on the structural force of the rig was obvious during the rig step-moving. So,the rig integral translation should consider the wind direction and speed.
