摘要
针对目前国内各大油田砖混结构放喷池不可重复利用,建后及复耕对环境造成的不利影响,通过对川西气田中浅层放喷储液池减容及耐火隔热材料分析论证,开展了钢结构移动放喷罐的设计及加工,并通过现场应用持续改进,形成了一套适用于产量≤10×10~4m^3/d、地层压力≤50 MPa的非硫化氢天然气井的可移动式钢结构放喷罐,不仅可以降低钻井投资成本,还可以实现节能减排,具有极大的推广价值。
The brick-concrete structure flare pit could't be reused,and the adverse effects on the environment was caused by the rehabilitation at present domestic each oil field. Based on the analysis of flare pit volume reduction in shallow reservoirs in western Sichuan gas field and refractory heat insulating materials,the steel structure mobile flare pit tank were designed and continuously improved through field application. A movable steel structure flare pit suited for the non hydrogen sulfide gas wells with less than 10 × 10~4 m^3/ d yield and less than or equal to 50 MPa formation pressure was formed. It not only could reduce the drilling investment,but also could realize energy saving and emission reduction,and has great value of popularization.
