摘要
泡沫压裂液具有伤害低、返排迅速、可减少用水量等优点而得到广泛应用,由于泡沫压裂液属于气液两相可压缩性极强的流体,导致评价泡沫压裂液携砂性能的难度大于常规纯水基压裂液。文章在调研国内外有关文献的基础上,将目前泡沫压裂液携砂性能评价方法分为间接法(实验法、数模法)和直接法(静态法、动态法)两大类,阐述了不同评价方法的优缺点,建议以实验为基础,数模为手段,充分整合目前已有的评价方法,发挥各评价方法的特点,建立一套较为完善的泡沫压裂液携砂性能评价体系,为泡沫压裂施工设计及现场施工提供理论依据和技术支撑。
Foam fracturing fluid was widely used because of low damage,quick flowback,less water consumption,etc. It has stronger compressibility due to the foam fracturing fluid belongs to the gas-liquid two-phase fluid,the evaluation of foam fracturing fluid proppant carrying performance is more difficult than conventional water-based fracturing fluid. Based on investigation the literature at home and abroad,the current evaluation method of foam fracturing fluid carrying proppant performance was divided into the indirect method( experimental method,numerical modeling) and the direct method( static,dynamic method),the advantages and disadvantages of the different evaluation methods were analyzed,recommending the experiments as basis,numerical modeling as means,and fully integrating existing evaluation methods,a more perfect evaluation system of foam fracturing fluid carrying proppant performance was established to provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the foam fracturing design and site operation.
