摘要
为了提高延长甘谷驿油田长6储层改造效果,研发了一种新型的强酸性压裂液体系,其中盐酸浓度可达8%。该技术原理是利用超支化聚合物的pH响应性、在促进剂和盐酸作用下形成具有携砂能力的流体。适用于甘谷驿油田的体系配方为2%CP-1+0.5%GW-1+8%盐酸+0.4%GY-1。该体系黏度可达180 mPa·s、稠化时间小于5 min、残渣含量仅为5.87 mg/L、抗盐性好、在地层环境中能自动破胶。矿场施工结果显示这种压裂液的一次返排率为73%,试油产量高出邻井5 m^3,说明该体系可成功用于陕北特超低渗储层的高效改造。
In order to improve the stimulation effect of Chang 6 reservoir in Ganguyi Oilfield,a new kind of fracturing fluid system with strong acidity was developed using hyperbranched polymer which can be formed a fluid with carrying capacity due to its pH-responsive under the action of accelerant and hydrochloric acid. The formula of the system suited for Ganguyi oilfield with low temperature was 2% CP-1 + 0. 5% GW-1+ 6% HCl + 0. 4% GY-1. The system has good salt resistance and its residue content was only 5.87 mg/L. Its viscosity could get immediately to 180 mPa. s when it contacted with hydrochloric acid for 5 minutes. Filed application showed that the first flowback rate of the fracturing fluid could reach 73% and the test oil yield was more 5m^3 than the adjacent well,and the acidic fracturing fluid system could be successfully used in the stimulation of low permeability reservoir.
