优质护理服务对结肠癌晚期患者疼痛及生存质量的影响

THE HIGH QUALITY SERVICE MODEL FOR PATIENTS WITH ADVANCED COLON CANCER PAIN AND QUALITY OF LIFE

目的探讨优质护理服务是否可以缓解结肠癌晚期患者疼痛及提高患者生存质量,为结肠癌晚期患者提供护理指导。方法选择该院2012年12月—2014年2月收治的结肠癌晚期患者182例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组91例,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理措施基础上再辅以优质护理进行干预,对比二组患者疼痛情况、抑郁自评量表评分(SDS)、忧郁自评量表评分(SAS)、生存质量及患者护理满意度。结果对照组患者疼痛程度显著高于观察组,且二者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);SDS与SAS评分对照组高于观察组,观察组患者生存质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于结肠癌晚期患者施加优质护理服务有助于患者缓解疼痛,减少患者不良情绪的产生,关键还可以提高患者的生存质量,提高患者对护理服务的满意度,所以本研究结论值得在临床推广。

Objective To research whether the high quality service model can relieve pain in patients with advanced colon cancer,and to improve the quality of life.Methods A total of 182 cases of colon cancer late patients in author＇s hospital between December 2012 and February 2014 were selected as research subjects,all patients were randomly divided into group A and group B.The patients of group A used general nursing,while group B of patients received the high quality service based on the general nursing for intervention,then some indexs were compared between thr two group patients such as pain situation,depression since assessment volume table score（SDS）,blues since assessment volume table（SAS）and the survival quality.Results The pain levels in group A patients were significantly higher than those in group B,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.SDS and SAS scores group A higher than group B,the quality of life of group B was better than group A,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The high quality service model can helping patients with advanced colon cancer to relieve pain,reduce the negative emotion of patients with,improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing service,they can improve the patient＇s quality of life,so our conclusion deserves to be generalized.
