基于职工满意度的医院权力公开运行加强风险防控的实证研究 被引量:1

EMPIRICAL STUDY ON STRENGTHENINGRISK PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF HOSPITAL POWER OPERATION BASED ON EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION

摘要 目的了解职工对医院权力公开运行工作的满意度,探讨影响满意度的主要因素及加强廉政风险防控的措施。方法采用分层抽样方法,选取河北省使用权力运行监控软件的9家公立医院的职工进行问卷调查。结果职工对医院权力公开运行工作的总体满意度为3.71±0.286,属于比较满意范畴;不同工作类别职工对权力公开运行的满意度对比,行政明显高于护理、医疗、医技、后勤四种不同工作类别职工。结论决策层对权力公开运行重视程度是提高满意度的关键;行权者的主动晒权是权力公开运行的基础;职工的主动监督是廉政风险防控的重要保障。 Objective To understand the satisfaction of the employees with hospital authority run public works,and to discuss the main factors of influencing the satisfaction and the measures to strengthen the prevention and control of the risk of corruption.Methods Stratified sampling method was used power monitoring software to run public hospitals in nine visits for research and survey.Results The overall satisfaction of workers to the hospital authority in public operation was 3.71±0.286,which belongs to the category of comparative satisfaction.Different categories of employee satisfaction with the work of public power running contrast,were significantly higher than the administrative care,medical,medical technology,logistics work in four different categories of workers.Conclusions Publication of the decision-making power to run the degree of attention is the key to satisfaction increased;exercise initiative sun's power base is the public right to run;the active supervision of the workers is an important guarantee for the independent risk control.
