Value of different source of cognitive decline complaints for the diagnosis and prediction of Alzheimer's disease

随着我国进入老龄化社会,阿尔茨海默病(AD)的患病率也随之增加,因此认知下降主诉在老年人中普遍性很高。根据来源分为主观认知下降主诉和知情者报告两种。这两种来源的认知下降主诉对于AD有着不同的意义,并且它们对于AD诊断的特异性和准确性有待进一步研究。本综述基于认知下降主诉的研究进展,对不同来源认知下降主诉对于AD的诊断和预测价值进行分析。

The morbidity of Alzheimer＇s disease（AD） is increasing rapidly as our country has entered the aging society, result in the cognitive decline complaints are highly prevalent among older adults. According to the source of cognitive decline, it was divided into two types（i.e. subjective cognitive decline and informant report）. Different source of complaints have various meaning to AD, moreover, their specificity and accuracy for the diagnosis of AD remain uncertain. This review focuses the advances in studies of cognitive decline complaints to analyze the value of different source of complaints for the diagnosis and prediction of AD.
