不孕不育患者抑郁焦虑情绪影响因素研究进展

Research progress on the influencing factors of depression and anxiety in infertile patients

不孕不育患者较正常育龄男女更易产生严重的心理负担,主要表现为明显的抑郁和焦虑情绪。近年来,不孕不育患者抑郁焦虑情绪的影响因素成为研究热点,国内外学者对不孕不育患者抑郁焦虑情绪影响因素的研究主要分为五大类:人口学特征,包括年龄、文化程度、家庭来源地、经济状况;疾病相关因素,包括既往抑郁病史、病因方、不孕不育症类型、治疗情况;心理因素,包括生育观念、生育压力、心理灵活性和自我同情感;社会环境因素,包括婚姻家庭关系、社会支持水平;生物学因素,包括血清皮质醇水平、催乳素和去甲肾上腺素等。另外,吸烟、肥胖、性别因素也与患者抑郁焦虑情绪有关。

Infertility patients have more serious psychological burden than men and women of childbearing age, mainly for depression and anxiety. In recent years, the influencing factors of infertility patients with depression and anxiety have become a hot spot by clinical research, and it can be divided into five categories： demographic characteristics, including age, educational level, family origin and economic conditions; factors related to disease, including history of depression, different etiological factors, type of infertility and the treatment situation; psychological factors, including the attitude,family pressure, mental flexibility and self compassion; social environmental factors, including marriage and family relationships, social support level; biological factors, including serum cortisol levels, prolactin and norepinehrine, etc., in addition,smoking, obesity and gender factors are also associated with the depression and anxiety in infertile patients.
