摘要 目的建立近红外特征谱段相关系数法快速筛查减肥产品是否添加酚酞。方法采用近红外光谱仪的光纤探头采集光谱,以酚酞对照品的近红外光谱为参照光谱,运用导数、平滑等图谱处理技术,确定特征谱段、阈值等参数,建立酚酞检测模型。结果选定6065~5960 cm-1、4750~4650 cm-1为特征谱段,阈值设为30%,对35批样品进行检测,准确率达97%。结论该近红外特征谱段相关系数法模型可用于筛查减肥产品是否添加酚酞,速度快、成本低。 Objective To establish a near infrared spectroscopy for rapid detection of addition of phenolphthalein in weight loss product. Methods The spectra were collected using the fiber probe of a near infrared spectroradiometer.The reference spectra were set up using the spectra of certified phenolphthalein. All the spectra were preprocessed by derivative with smoothing points. The characteristic spectral band was chosen and the threshold was set to establish a model for the detection of phenolphthalein. Results The spectral ranges of 6065-5960 cm-1and 4750-4650 cm-1were chosen as the characteristic spectral bands, and 30% was set as the threshold. Totally 35 batches of samples were validated the model, and the accuracy was 97%. Conclusion The method is fast and inexpensive, which can be used in the detection of addition of phenolphthalein in weight loss product.
