阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者血清MMP-2和MMP-9的影响

摘要 目的研究阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-2和MMP-9的影响。方法冠心病患者60例作为研究组,应用阿托伐他汀,疗程12周,另30名健康体检者作为对照组,ELISA法检测两组血清MMP-2和MMP-9。结果与对照组相比,研究组治疗前患者的MMP-2和MMP-9均较高(P<0.05)。经阿托伐他汀治疗后,与治疗前相比较,研究组患者治疗后的MMP-2和MMP-9均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀可降低MMP-2和MMP-9,起到抗炎、稳定斑块的作用,可以推广应用。
