摘要
为更好地服务读者,提升图书馆的服务水平与质量,满足网络环境下用户的需求,河南理工大学图书馆结合本校实际构建了微信公众平台。从平台构建目的出发,介绍了平台的特色服务,分析了平台用户及使用情况,指出了存在的问题并提出未来发展规划。
In order to better serve the readers, improve library's service level and quality, and meet the needs of users under the network environment, the library of Henan Polytechnic University has constructed the WeChat public platform combining with the circumstance of the university. Starting from the construction target of the platform, this paper introduces the featured services of the platform, analyzes the users and application status of the platform, points out some existing problems, and puts forward the future development plan.
