从资源分享、活动宣传、读者互动、校外互动、服务延伸与馆讯速递等方面分析了大学图书馆官方微信的功能,提出了大学图书馆官方微信的经营对策,包括提高读者的知晓率、保证用户黏性的核心竞争力、增强图书馆官方微信的亲和力等。
From the aspects of resources sharing, event promoter, readers' interaction, service extension and express delivery service, etc., this paper analyzes the functions of university library's official We Chat, and puts forward some management strategies for university library's official We Chat, which include improving reader's awareness rate, ensuring the core competitiveness of user viscosity, and enhancing the affinity of university library's official We Chat, etc.
