摘要
以浦东图书馆航运专题服务的探索与实践为例,从航运专题文献服务、咨询服务、读者活动及航运专题读者调查和反馈4个方面,探讨了如何通过对专题资源进行整合和优化、加强专题资源的开发力度、坚持"以读者为中心,以需求为导向",不断创新专题服务。
Taking the exploration and practice of Pudong Library's shipping subject service as an example, and from four aspects of the shipping subject's literature service, reference service, readers' activity and shipping subject's reader investigation and feedback, this paper probes into the problem of how to continuously innovating the subject service through integrating and optimizing the subject resources, strengthening the development of the subject resources, and adhering to the "reader centered and demand oriented" principle.
