摘要 以城市电力管沟规划建设为研究对象,探索电力企业作为出资主体的电力管沟规划建设模式,分析其优缺点。改进传统项目决策方式,以最大化资产经济效益为目标,项目技术性能满足电网要求为约束条件,提出基于全寿命周期的城市电力管沟规划建设决策方法和全寿命工程实用化计算方法,寻求项目资产全寿命周期的最佳方案,以提高电力管沟工程项目规划决策水平。 The planning and constructing mode, as electric power enterprises are investors, for city power pipeline and their advantage and disadvantage are studied. The traditional decision method is improved, in which the optimization is set as maximize economic benefit. The improved method can satisfy the constraint. In order to improve the decision level, a life cycle based decision and computational method for pipeline planning to search the best solution is proposed.
