摘要
以一个典型的火工装置壳体破裂为例,通过对其进行宏观检查、断口宏观微观分析、硬度测试、能谱分析和对强度、冲击载荷进行理论计算校核,得到该壳体的断裂模式为脆性断裂,主要与该部位受冲击载荷有关,表明材料冲击韧性值对火工装置的结构完整性有着重要影响,低温工况尤为明显,在设计时应充分考虑。
With a shield fi'acture of a typical pyrotechnic device for example, the failure mode and cause of the fracture were analyzed by macro and micro observation, hardness testing, energy spectrum analysis, and the theoretical calculation about shield strength and shock loads. The results show that the shield of fracture mode is brittle fracture, inainly related to suffering the impact load. The study show that the material impact toughness has an important influence on the structural integrity of the pyrotechnic devices, especially in low-temperature conditions, and should be pay more attention in design.
