摘要
针对电信运营商在进行外包时所采用的模型,具体分析在项目准备阶段、立项阶段、实施阶段和运营阶段所存在的风险以及评估风险的标准和流程,并提出应对风险的方法。
Focusing on telecom operators＇ outsourcing model for analyzing in detail the risks in different stages as preperation, initiation, implementation and operation, as well as the standards and procedures for assessing risks, finally putting forward the method of dealing with risk. This thesis can provide references for telecom operators in the IT project outsourcing.
