摘要
目的研究裸花紫珠的化学成分。方法综合应用各种柱层析方法分离纯化,借助波谱数据和文献资料鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为苯丙素类4个:tortoside F(1)、角胡麻苷(2)、6-O-咖啡酰-β-D-葡萄糖(3)、6-O-咖啡酰-α-D-葡萄糖(4);酚类1个:密花树苷K(5);黄酮苷类4个:木犀草素-3'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、金圣草黄素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、木犀草素-3'-甲氧基-6-羟基-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)。结论化合物1、3~5、7、9为首次从紫珠属植物中分离得到,化合物2为首次从裸花紫珠中分得。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Callicarpa nudiflora. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified via silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic evidence( IR,NMR,MS,etc) and compared with those in literature. Results Nine compounds were isolated and identified,including four phenylpropanoids: tortoside F( 1),martynoside( 2),6-O-caffeyl-β-D-glucopyranose( 3),6-O-caffeyl-α-D-glucopyranose( 4),one phenolic compound: seguinoside K( 5),four flavonoids: luteolin-3'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 6),chrysoeriol-7-O-β-D-glucoside( 7),apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside( 8),Luteolin-3'-methoxyl-6-hydroxy-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 9). Conclusion Compounds 1,3- 5,7 and 9 were isolated from this genus for the first time,and compound 2 from this plant for the first time.
