摘要
讨论了环氧树脂、颜填料、活性稀释剂、触变剂、固化剂对无溶剂环氧重防腐涂层的影响,筛选出合适的原材料,制备了一种具有优异的防腐性能,黏度低,单道涂装干膜厚度可达600μm以上的环境友好型无溶剂环氧重防腐涂料。
The influences on the film properties of the epoxy resin, the pigments and fillers, reactive thinner, thixotropic agent and curing agents were discussed. Suitable raw materials were selected to prepare solvent-free epoxy heavy-duty coatings with good anticorrosion performance, low viscosity, good construction performance, dry film thickness per coat up to 600 μm without flow.
