摘要
介绍了无机富锌涂料的特点和成膜机理,通过对无机富锌液水解度以及片状锌粉、增塑剂加入影响的研究得到了厚涂性优异的无机富锌涂料,干膜可以达到200μm不开裂,并且具有优异的防腐性和附着力。
The film forming mechanism and character of inorganic zinc-rich coatings were introduced. According to the effects of degree of hydrolysis of tetraethoxysilane, zinc flake and plasticizer, the coatings with excellent application property were obtained. The dry film thickness can reach 200 μm without cracking, and the coatings have excellent corrosion resistance and adhesion.
