摘要
重点分析银浆磁漆采用高压无气喷涂方式喷涂大型储罐或刷涂时,涂膜表面存在涂膜流挂后发黑、发花现象以及大面积辊涂时也存在不同程度的发黑现象的相应的解决方案。实验结果显示:影响银浆磁漆涂膜外观及贮存稳定性的因素主要有树脂酸价及其贮存稳定性、银粉粒径大小及用量、溶剂挥发速率及表面张力。
The paper emphatically analyzed corresponding solutions for blackening and blurring after sagging on film surface when spraying on large storage tanks or brushing with silver paste enamel by airless spraying method and solutions for blackening of different degrees during large area roller coating. The results showed： factors that affect the appearance and storage stability of silver paste enamel film mainly include acid value and storage stability of resin, particle size and dosage of silver powder, and volatilization rate and surface tension of solvent.
