摘要
作为日本战后具有代表性的平面设计师,田中一光从1950年在大阪开始他的设计生涯,其创作生涯长达半个世纪。田中一光的设计生涯轨迹是和日本战后由于高速经济发展而走向成熟的日本广告设计发展史重合的。田中作为艺术总监时期的作品就超过500件,表现形式非常多样化。
This paper analyzes and evaluates the poster design of Japan’s outstanding designer Ikko Tanaka(1930-2002),and discusses the'Japaneseness'performance of Japan’s post-war graphic design industry and Ikko Tanaka’s design work.At present,most researches and papers of Ikko Tanaka are about the outer appearance of his works,which cannot fully reflect the essence of his own design concepts and his influence on the Japanese design industry.Therefore,the research objects of this paper are not those works with specific Japanese elements,but works composed only of texts.In these works,Ikko Tanaka created the'originality of Japanese design'by conceiving design methods using the function of Kanji characters.
