2013-2015年清远市中医院活血化瘀类中成药应用分析

Analysis on the application of drug for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis category of Chinese medicine in Qingyuan hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during 2013 - 2015

目的分析清远市中医院(以下简称"我院")2013至2015年活血化瘀类中成药使用情况,了解医院用药趋势。方法采用回顾性调查方法对我院2013至2015年活血化瘀类中成药的品种、金额、用药频度和用药金额排序与用药频度排序比等数据进行统计分析。结果我院活血化瘀类中成药用药金额和用药频度逐年增长,销售金额年增幅分别为5.88%和16.80%。活血化瘀类中成药销售金额占药品销售总金额比例基本保持在5.0%左右。结论活血化瘀类中成药使用量逐年增长,与我院的业务增长一致。

Objective To analyze the utilization of drug for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis category of Chinese medicine in a certain hospital during 2013- 2015,and to investigate the medication tendency. Methods By retrospective investigation,the varieties,consumption sum,defined daily dose system（DDDs） and the ratio of consumption sum ranking versus DDDs ranking were statistically analyzed. Results The consumption sum and DDDs of blood circulation category of Chinese medicine in our hospital increased yearly,the annual increase of consumption sum and DDDs were 5. 88% and16. 80%. The proportion of consumption sum was remain at 5% to the total sales amount. Conclusions The utilization of blood circulation category of Chinese medicine is increasing yearly,which is accord with the professional work of our hospital.
