摘要
酒精阳性乳(APM)热稳定性较差,在乳品加工过程中,当温度超过120℃时容易发生凝固而阻塞管道。国内的乳品加工企业在收购鲜乳时,都要对生鲜乳进行酒精阳性试验检测,一旦发现阳性,就会拒收,给广大养殖户带来巨大损失。随着我国奶牛业的迅速发展,酒精阳性乳在各省市普遍发生。据不完全统计,我国奶牛酒精阳性乳的平均发生率约为30%,若饲养管理较差,则发生率更高。本文分析相关文献,推测甲状腺功能可能是APM症发生与否的关键环节,阐释甲状腺功能与APM症发生的机理,介绍快速有效的治疗手段和预防措施,以供参考。
The thermal stability of alcohol positive milk(APM) is poor. When the temperature is more than 120℃ in the dairy processing process, the milk is easy to solidificate and obstruct the pipeline, which is not conducive to dairy processing. A alcohol positive test must be carried out in the acquisition of fresh milk in domestic dairy processing enterprises. Once found positive, APM will be rejected, which brings huge losses to the majority of farmers. Along with the rapid development of the dairy cattle industry in our country, APM occurs generally in many provinces and cities. According to incomplete statistics, the average incidence of APM in our country is about 30%. If feeding management is poor, the incidence of this disease is higher. After analysis, it is speculated that the thyroid function may be a key link in the occurrence of APM. It is worth to further research the mechanism of thyroid function and APM, which is helpful to find a quick and effective method of treatment and preventive measures.
