数字化糖度仪在初乳质量检测及犊牛被动转运评估中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 本试验收集502份初乳及542份2~7日龄犊牛血清,用数字化糖度仪和白利糖度仪进行初乳质量检测,用医用折光仪和数字化糖度仪进行血清总蛋白检测,评估数字化糖度仪在初乳质量监控中的应用效果。结果表明,爱拓PAL-1型数字糖度仪可以实现同时对初乳Ig G含量的间接测定和犊牛被动转运失败的评估。 To evaluate the feasibility of digital Brix refractometer in colostrum quality monitor, totally 502 colostrum samples were tested using digital Brix refractometer and refractometer to determine colostrum Ig G content, and 542 serum within 2~7 days calves were tested using digital Brix refractometer and refractometer to determine serum protein. Results showed that the PAL-1 type digital Brix refractometer could be used in determining colostrum Ig G content and assessing passive transport failure in calves.
