肿瘤合并HIV病毒感染患者的感染途径和细胞免疫功能变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨肿瘤合并HIV病毒感染患者的感染途径和细胞免疫功能变化。方法以肿瘤合并HIV病毒感染患者为实验组,单一肿瘤疾病患者为对照组,每组104例,应用流式细胞仪检测外周血NK细胞和T细胞亚群水平,包括CD3+、CD4+、CD8+细胞百分比及CD4+/CD8+比值等。分析肿瘤患者HIV感染的途径分布及构成比。结果实验组外周血NK和CD4+细胞数量百分率及CD4+/CD8+比值偏低,CD8+数量百分率升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组CD3+细胞数量百分率变化不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肿瘤患者感染途径主要是临床输血和有偿供血,分别占41.35%和18.27%。结论通过肿瘤合并HIV病毒感染患者感染途径和免疫功能变化的分析,对了解患者的免疫状态、易染途径、疾病的诊断、治疗和预后均有积极的意义。 Objective To investigate infection way and alterations of cell immune function in tumor patients with HIV viruses.Methods Tumor patients with HIV viruses were the experimental group. At the same period,single tumor patients were enrolled as the control group. Each group had 104 patients. Flow cytometry was used to detect the level of NK cell and T cell subsets in peripheral blood,including the percentage of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+cells,and the ratio of CD4+and CD8+in peripheral blood. HIV infections way distribution and constituent ratio in cancer patients. Results In the test group,NK cells and CD4+cells percentages of peripheral blood and CD4+/ CD8+ratio were significantly lower than those in the control group. The percentage of CD8+cells increased. The difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). The change percentage of CD3 + cells in the 2 groups was not significant. There was no statistical significance on the difference in the number of CD3 + cells between the 2 groups( P〉0. 05). Tumor patients were mainly infected by clinical blood transfusion and paid blood supply,accounting for 41. 35% and 18. 27% respectively. Conclusion Through the analysis of infection way and the change of immune function in patients with HIV virus infection,it is significant to understand the immune status of the patients,the easy way of infection,the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of the disease
