二甲基甲酰胺对暴露老年人群健康影响的检测结果分析

Analysis of the detection results of DMF exposure effects in healthy elder crowd

摘要 目的了解皮革企业周围暴露于二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)老年人群的健康状况,为制定防制措施提供依据。方法整理分析DMF暴露地区和非暴露地区老年人群体格检查、血常规、肝肾功能指标等体检资料,数据采用epidata3.02录入、SPSS 19.0统计分析。结果 2组对象白细胞、空腹血糖、舒张压、低密度脂蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);暴露组血红蛋白、血小板、收缩压、甘油三脂、总胆红素和血尿素氮高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);暴露组总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白和血清肌酐低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论DMF暴露对老年人群中的血液、心脏、肝脏和肾脏可能有一定的影响,距离皮革企业越近影响越大,应积极加强对DMF暴露环境的监测和老年人群的防护。 Objective Learn the health status of local elder people exposed in dimethylformamide( DMF) in leather enterprises around,so as to provide basis for formulating prevention and control measures. Methods To gather and analyze the medical information,such as physical examination,blood,liver function and kidney function indicators of the general population in DMF exposure and non- exposed areas. Data was input by epidata 3. 02 and statistically analyzed using SPSS 19. 0. Results The difference of the two groups has no statistical significance( P〉0. 05) among testing index including white blood cell,fasting blood glucose,diastolic blood pressure,low density lipoprotein,glutamic- pyruvic transaminase,glutamic- oxalacetic transaminase; the exposure group was higher than the control group among testing indexs which included the systolic blood pressure,hemoglobin,platelet,glycerin three fat,total bilirubin and blood urea nitrogen,and the difference of two groups had statistical significance( P〈0. 01); however the exposure group was lower than control group among testing index which included total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein and serum creatinine,and the difference of two groups had statistical significance( P〈0. 01).Conclusion DMF exposure has possible effects on blood,heart,liver and kidney of the elder crowd,and the closer the distance from the leather business is,the greater the impact is. We should actively strengthen the monitoring of the DMF- exposing environment and the protection of the elderly population.
