摘要
目的监测杭州白马湖水域鲫鱼的沙门菌感染和耐药状况,了解该水域的水质污染状况。方法收集不同水产市场的244份鲫鱼肠道样本,野生(白马湖水域)样本和健康饲养(养殖场)样本分别为97份和147份,PCR检测沙门菌保守基因inv A与耐药相关基因。K-B药敏纸片法检测细菌的耐药性。结果标本共计检测到6份肠炎沙门菌阳性。鲫鱼沙门菌感染率平均为2.5%(6/244),野生鲫鱼和饲养鲫鱼的感染率分别为3.1%(3/97)和2.0%(3/147)。6株菌均扩增出耐药相关基因par C和gyr A,1株还扩增出了bla TEM和tet B基因。药敏试验显示部分菌呈多重耐药,所有菌对喹诺酮类药物有不同程度耐药,部分菌对β-内酰胺类、氨基糖苷类或四环素类药物耐药。结论野生鲫鱼与饲养鲫鱼均存在肠炎沙门菌感染。药敏试验结果显示,野生鲫鱼耐药程度强于饲养鲫鱼,提示白马湖水域可能存在抗生素污染。
Objective To monitor the status of Salmonella infection and drug resistance in the Carassius Auratus from White Horse Lake in Hangzhou,so as to master the status of water pollution. Methods The intestine contents of 244 cases of Carassius Auratus from different aquatic products markets were collected,including 97 cases of wild samples( from White Horse Lake) and 147 cases of healthy farming samples. The Salmonella conserved gene inv A and related multidrug resistant gene were detected by PCR. And the drug resistance of the bacteria was detected by K- B method. Results A total of 6 Salmonella positive strains were detected. Carassius Auratus' Salmonella average infection rate was 2. 5%( 6 /244),that of the wild and farming Carassius Auratus was 3. 1%( 3 /97) and 2. 0%( 3 /147),respectively. Both of par C and gyr A genes were detected in all of the 6 strains. In addition,bla TEM and tet B genes were also be detected in one strain. Antibiotic susceptibility testing showed that some strains were multi- drug resistant,all of the strains were resistant to the quinolones examined in varied degrees,and some were simultaneously resistant to β- lactam,aminoglycosides and tetracyclines. Conclusion Salmonella enteritidis infection exists among the wild and farming Carassius Auratus. Drug sensitivity test results show the resistance of wild Carassius Auratus is strong to the farming Carassius Auratus,indicating that there is potential antibiotics pollution in the White Horse Lake water.
