9177例女性生殖道人乳头状瘤病毒检测结果分析

Analysis of test results of 9177 cases of female genital human papillomavirus

摘要 目的了解本地区女性生殖道HPV感染情况和基因分型的分布特征,为本地区女性HPV的感染提供流行病学依据。方法采用流式荧光杂交法对9 177例女性生殖道标本进行HPV DNA分型检测,并对HPV总感染率、亚型分布特征、重叠感染率、年龄差异进行统计分析。结果本地区女性HPV检出率为16.33%,高危型HPV的检出率为11.09%,易感高危亚型为HPV53(1.37%)、HPV16(1.35%)和HPV52(1.31%);低危型HPV的检出率为5.24%,易感低危亚型为HPV61(1.01%)和HPV43(0.99%)。≤20岁、51岁~和≥61岁的女性HPV阳性率较高,且≤20岁的女性以双重感染为主,占45.83%,其余各年龄组女性以单一感染为主。≤20岁的女性HPV亚型检出率最高。结论流式荧光杂交技术可用于HPV DNA的分型检测,为本地区女性HPV疫苗接种和宫颈癌防治工作提供一定的参考依据。 Objective To understand the distribution characteristics of HPV infection and genotype in the female genital tract in this region,and to provide epidemiological evidence for the infection of HPV in this region. Methods DNA HPV typing was performed on 9 177 specimens of female genital tract by flow fluorescence hybridization method. The total HPV infection rate,subtype distribution,overlapping infection and age differences were statistically analyzed. Result The detection rate of female HPV was 16. 33% in this region,the detection rate of high- risk HPV was 11. 09%,and susceptible and high- risk subtypes were HPV53( 1. 37%),HPV16( 1. 35%) and HPV52( 1. 31%); the detection rate of low- risk type HPV was 5. 24%,and the susceptibility of the low risk type was HPV61( 1. 01%) and HPV43( 0. 99%). HPV- positive rates of women respectively at ≤20 years old, 51 years old and ≥61 years old were higher,and the dual infection rate of women who were under 20 was45. 83%; the other women infected HPV subtypes were mainly with single infection; HPV subtypes detection rate of women who were under 20 was the highest. Conclusion Flow fluorescence hybridization techniques can be used for typing detection of HPV DNA,which is valuable for HPV vaccination and cervical cancer prevention in the region.
