真实型领导与新生代员工工作绩效的关系研究 被引量:5

摘要 新生代员工群体不可逆转地成为职场中的主力军,这一群体与老一辈员工存在的差异给企业管理带来了相当大的难题。对于真实型领导如何影响新生代员工工作绩效的研究仍比较欠缺。为了探究真实型领导与新生代员工工作绩效的关系以及心理授权在其关系中是否具有中介作用,我们采用相关性分析和层级回归的方法,对216名新生代员工进行调查研究,结果表明:真实型领导对新生代员工工作绩效有显著的正面影响;心理授权在真实型领导与新生代员工工作绩效的关系中起到了中介作用。
