介绍了氧气针孔常发部位、表像及危害,分析了阴极电泳涂装过程氧气针孔产生的原因,提出了解决此类针孔问题的方法及预防措施。
The location, appearance and the harm of the oxygen pinhole were introduced. The causes of oxygen pinhole in cathodic electrophoretic coating process were analyzed, and the methods and preventive measures were put forward to solve the problem.
