摘要
针对当前铝厂能耗高效益差等不利局面,分析阳极氧化的原因和危害,提出通过优选阳极原料、采用新技术以及电解槽的日常管理等方面改善预焙阳极抗氧化的可行措施,使业内人士能够重视阳极的抗氧化性能,从而为电解铝工业的节能降耗做出贡献。
In view of the current adverse situation in aluminum plant such as high energy consumption and poor benefit, feasible measures can improve pre-baked anode oxidation resistance, including the analysis of the reason and harm of anodic oxidation, putting forward optimizing anode materials, adopting new technology and the daily management of electrolyzer. It can enable the personage inside to attach importance of the study of the anode oxidation resistance, and thus contribute to the saving energy and reducing consumption for electrolytic aluminium industry.
