石油焦对预焙阳极质量的影响因素分析及改进措施

Factors of petroleum coke affecting the quality of prebaked anodes and improvement measures

预焙阳极质量的好坏对铝电解生产的工艺稳定性和经济性都会产生很大影响,作为预焙阳极生产初级原料的石油焦,其质量的不同会对预焙阳极质量产生不同的影响。本文通过对不同厂家石油焦的水分、挥发分、硫分、粒度、电阻率等对预焙阳极质量的影响进行分析,并提出改进措施,对提高预焙阳极质量有重要性。

The quality of prebaked anodes has a significant impact on the stability and economy of aluminum electrolysis process. Petroleum coke as primary raw of pre-baked anode production, has effects on the quality of pre-baked anode. In this paper, the effects of water, volatile matter, sulfur points, particle size and resistivity of different manufacturers petroleum coke on prebaked anode quality are analyzed. Improvement measures are proposed to improve the quality of pre-baked anode.
