Objective： Laboratory construction involves combination and support of numerous related specialties. Research on it can ensure the environmental conditions of laboratory. Methods： Combined with the experience of construction, the needs of the laboratory in further distribution, ventilation, gas supply and automatic control system were discussed. Results and Conclusion： It is necessary to meet the laboratory standards and functional requirements, which can effectively improve the safety and ensure the laboratory efficiency.
