摘要
目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定民族药材青阳参不同产地药材中白首乌二苯酮的含量。方法:采用安捷伦ZORBAX SB C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm;5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液(20︰80),流速为1.0 m L·min^(-1),检测波长280 nm,柱温25℃。结果:该方法准确、简便、可行,可作为青阳参药材的含量测定方法。结论:各产地青阳参中均含有白首乌二苯酮,但不同产地的青阳参中白首乌二苯酮的含量差别较大。
Objective： To develop an RP-HPLC method for determination of baishouwubenzophenone in Cynanchi otophylli Radix from different producing areas. Methods： The separation was performed on an Agilent ZORBAX SB C18 column（250mm×4.6mm 5 μm） with acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid（20 ： 80） as mobile phase. The detection UV wavelength was 280 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 m L·min^（-1）. The column temperature was 25℃. Results： The method was simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Cynanchi otophylli Radi. Conclusion： All samples contained baishouwubenzophenone; however, the contents of this component in Cynanchi otophylli Radix from different habitats were significantly different.
