Various versions of books of ＂collections of words＂are folk textbooks integrating literacy,knowledge,ethics and vocational education,formed spontaneously in ancient China. These textbooks played a significant part in ancient times because they were popular and easy to understand. In particular,their ideas about vocational education in agriculture,business,handicraft and other aspects can be learned in modern vocational education.
