摘要
以第二次世界大战为临界点,结合加拿大高等教育发展的历史与现状,将加拿大高等教育国际化的发展分为萌芽期、缓慢发展期、蓬勃发展期以及深化发展期四个阶段。在此基础上,探讨加拿大高等教育国际化不同发展时期的实践活动以及主要特征,以期厘清加拿大高等教育国际化发展的演变历程以及未来发展趋势。
Taking the World War Ⅱ as a critical point and combining with the past and present situation of Canadian higher education, this article divides the international development of Ca- nadian higher education into four stages: stage in germination, slow development stage, flour- ishing development stage and deepening development stage. On this basis, we discuss practical activities and the main performance characteristics of higher education in different stages, so as to clarify the evolution and future trends of the international development of Canadian higher education.
