摘要
青年教师作为新建本科院校的新生力量和学校长远发展的主力军,其教学能力在一定程度上决定着学校的教学质量和育人水平。然而,受学校其本身主客观因素的制约,青年教师的教学能力在教学起始阶段、教学过程中和教学反思阶段存在诸多问题。为切实提升青年教师的教学能力,需青年教师和学校共同努力。一方面,青年教师以自身发展为突破口,发挥主观能动性,不断学习、以教为乐,善于思考、做反思型教师。另一方面,学校则要以制度建设为基础搭建青年教师发展平台:注重教学、严把入口关,加强培训、提高效果,提供平台、加强指导,科学的评价与反馈。
Young Teachers is the new force and the vanguard in the long-term development of newly-built colleges. Their teaching ability determines the quality of teaching and the level of education to a certain extent. Nevertheless, influenced by the subjective and objective factors of young teachers and colleges, there are many problems in the teaching ability of young teach- ers in the initial stage of teaching, teaching procedures and the stage of teaching reflection. In order to promote the teaching level of young teachers practically, young teachers should make a joint effort with colleges. On the one side, young teachers should take self-development as the breakthrough point, bring the subjective initiative into play, continue to learn, enjoy the pleas- ure of teaching, be adept at thinking, so as to be reflective teachers. On the other hand, colle- ges should build the young teacher development platform on the basis of institution construc- tion, which includes the emphasis on teaching and strict entrance check, training strengthening and improvement of effectiveness and platforms building. Finally, effective guidance and scien- tific evaluation and feedback must be a goal for better education.
