摘要
加强案例教材建设对于促进公共管理学科发展和培养高素质的公共管理人才具有重要意义。当前的公共管理案例教材在数量上和质量上还存在诸多缺陷,需要增强其系统性、时效性、本土性和典型性。通过精选主题、广搜素材、提炼升华、反复打磨等基本流程,可以创作出高质量的公共管理案例。
Strengthening the construction of case study textbooks is oi great significance to promote discipline development and to cultivate high-quality professionals in public administration. There are many defectives in quantity and quality in the current case study textbooks of public administration, which needs to enhance their systematics, timeliness, locality and typicality. High quality cases of public administration are able to be created through the following proce- dure, selecting topics carefully, collecting materials widely, refining and polishing repeatedly.
