摘要
如何安全、快速实现主备发射播出系统的成为安全播出的重要一环,本文以昆明广播电视台1+1广播发射机远程监控系统的研发为背景,综合应用计算机网络与数据通信等技术并利用Visual Studio开发工具,研究、设计和开发广播发射机远程监控系统,实现发射机开关机和同轴开关倒换的远程控制,并通过远程监控终端软件实时显示、监测发射机和同轴开关的工作状态,以保障播出安全。论文阐述了系统的分析、设计过程,重点阐述系统功能和框架设计,以及终端监控软件的设计。该论文选题,源于实际的项目,结合于身的工作实际,对于其它无线发射台站的类似项目建设具有一定的指导意义。
How to change over the on-air transmitter systems between main one and back-up one safely and quickly is a rather important part for safty broadcating.Technologies of computer network and data communication and Visual Studio tools are utilized synthetically in research and design of the remote supervisory control system.The 1+1 remote supervisory control system of Kunming Radio and Television Station could realize remote control and change-over of the transmitter switches and coaxial switches.ln the mean while,the remote supervisory control system software is also developed.The software could display and monitor the working status of the transmitters and coaxial switches in real time.The hardware and software of the remote supervisory control system guarantee safty broadcast.This paper presents the procedures of system analysis and design,system functions and framework design and remote monitoring software.This paper means certain guidance to other similar projects of radio transmitting stations because the topic selection is engineering-practice-oriented.
