摘要
小猫出生后第四周开始将其双眼剥夺,成年后记录。以正弦光栅为刺激研究了这些猫纹状皮层细胞的单眼和双眼反应特性。结果说明:在发育过程中,出生后早期视觉经验,对于保持相当比例的皮层细胞对视差调谐,是重要的。同样地,正常视觉环境刺激,对于保持双眼匹配的空间频率和朝向调谐是必需的。
<ABSTRACT>
Kittens were binocularly deprived at the postnatal forth week and res-
ponse of the striate cortical cells recorded at adult. The monocular and
binocular response charcteristics of the striate cortical cells in these cats
were studied with drifting sinusoidal gratings. Nearly half of the cells did
not respond, or responded poorly, or gave unsteady discharges to grating
stimuli. They could not be studied quantitatively. Some of the other cells
showed binocular mismatched spatial frequency or mismatched orientation
response properties. But quite more cells tuned to interocular relative spa-
tial phase (binocular disparity ). The rosults suggest that normal early
visual eiperience is important for keeping relatively more cells tuned to
interocular phase difference, and keeping binocular matched spatial frequency
and matched orientation response properties.
