Teaching strategies based on clinical nursing practice needs

摘要 为加强对学生解决临床护理问题能力的培养,根据临床护理实践导向,确立了教学目标,调整了课程体系,改进了护理教学实施和评价策略。突出介绍了4项教学实施策略:以护理程序为流程的疾病护理教学、以操作规程为路径的护理技能教学、以学以致用为目的的临床实习、以核心能力为目标的分层强化。这些措施有效提升了学生的综合素养,提高了学业成绩和综合能力,也提高了实习和用人单位满意率,学生的护士执业资格考试通过率连续4年在99.0%以上。 In order to enhance nursing students' ability to solve problems in clinical practice,a series of measures were carried out according to the practice-oriented clinical nursing,such as setting teaching goals,adjusting the curriculum system,improving teaching methods and evaluation strategies. It highlights four teaching implementation strategies,including nursing process-oriented disease nursing,nursing skills training with the path of practice procedures,clinical practice for the purpose of applying,as well as hierarchical reinforcement aiming at core abilities. These measures not only improved students' comprehensive quality and academic performance,but also increased the satisfaction of employers and teaching hospitals. The pass rate of the students in the national nurse licensure examination was over 99% in the recent four years.
