摘要
核心能力的培养是护理教育的目标;全国护士执业资格考试是反映护士核心能力培养质量、学校教学质量的客观评价形式之一。文章报告了将护士核心能力培养与护士执业资格考试有机结合的教学实践,这种模式提高了学生培养质量,也提高了学生的护士执业资格考试通过率和就业能力,同时促进了学校发展。
The training of core competency is the goal of nursing education. National nurse licensure examination is an objective assessment mean to reflect the training quality of core competency of nursing students. This paper introduces core competency-based teaching strategies integrated with national nurse licensure examination. This training mode improved nursing students＇ pass rate in national nurse licensure examination,enhanced students＇ employment ability and promoted the development of school.
