摘要
目的探讨导师制在中医护理本科生实习中的实践效果。方法选取106名中医护理本科实习生,随机分为对照组和试验组,试验组在常规临床带教基础上实施导师制,对照组仅进行常规临床带教。评价学生适应临床时间,在实习前、实习3个月、6个月和9个月评价学生的学习兴趣及积极性、自主学习能力、沟通能力、思考和解决问题的能力、中医知识的运用。结果试验组学生适应临床的时间比对照组短(t=9.274,P<0.05),实习3个月、6个月和9个月后学习兴趣、自主学习能力、沟通能力、思考解决问题能力、中医知识运用均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论导师制有利于学生综合素质及能力的培养,能缩短学生适应临床的时间,提高学生学习自主性,值得进一步研究和推广。
Objective To evaluate the effects of tutorial system in clinical practice among TCM undergraduate nursing students. Methods A total of 106 TCM undergraduate nursing students were randomly divided into two groups. Tutorial system and traditional teaching method was implemented in the experimental group and the control group,respectively. Students' learning interest,self-directed learning ability,communication skills,thinking and problem-solving ability and application ability of TCM knowledge were investigated before clinical practice and at 3months,6 months and 9 months. Results The duration of adaptation in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(t=9.274,P〈0.01). Students' learning interest,self-directed learning ability,communication skills,thinking and problem solving ability in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group at 3 months,6 months and 9 months(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of tutorial system is beneficial for the training of TCM undergraduate nursing students' comprehensive quality and competency,shortening the time to adapt to the clinical practice and promoting self-directed learning.
