摘要
目的评价同伴互助培训模式在新护士岗前操作技能培训中的应用效果。方法将2014年的50名新入职护士作为试验组,采用同伴互助培训模式进行岗前操作技能的培训与考核。将2013年的50名新入职护士作为对照组,采用传统岗前培训模式。比较两组新护士的操作技能考核成绩,并用自设问卷调查试验组新护士对同伴互助培训模式的评价。结果试验组新护士护理技能操作考核总成绩及案例评估、操作实施、人文关怀、知识问答及总体评价成绩均优于对照组(P<0.01);试验组100%(50/50)的新护士认为该培训模式有助于减轻学习焦虑,98%(49/50)认为增加了学习趣味性和主动性,98%(49/50)认为增强了沟通能力和团队协作,94%(47/50)认为能提高评判性思维能力,94%(47/50)认为有助于增强责任感和人文关怀能力。结论同伴互助培训模式能增加新护士学习的趣味性和主动性,规范临床护理实践操作技能,有利于新护士自身综合素质的培养。
Objective To evaluate the effects of peer-assisted training mode in pre-job training for new nurses.Methods Fifty nurses newly recruited in 2014 were trained using peer-assisted training mode,while 50 nurses newly recruited in 2013 were trained using traditional training mode. Nurses' skill test score was compared between the two groups. Moreover,nurses in the experimental group were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire.Results Nurses in the experimental group were superior in the total score of nursing skills assessment and scores on case assessment,implementation,humanistic care,knowledge quiz and overall quality to the control group(P〈0.01).New nurses in the experimental group agreed that peer-assisted training mode could relieve learning anxiety(100%),improve learning interest and initiative(98%),strengthen communication ability and team cooperation(98%),promote critial thinking(94%),enhance sense of responsibility and humanistic care ability(94%). Conclusion The peer-assisted training mode can improve nurses' learning interest and initiative,effectively standardize nursing practical techniques and cultivate the overall quality of newly recruited nurses.
